Gang assassins waited outside Antioch man’s home and killed him, DA says

ANTIOCH An alleged San Francisco gang member has been charged with murdering a local resident in what personnel have described as a targeted assassination over a years-old gang feud Natali Cisneros a -year-old amateur football competitor and Antioch resident was shot and killed by at least one gunman while walking his dog near his home functionaries commented The suspect has been identified as Darnel Scott who was charged Tuesday with murder and lying in wait meaning he ll be sentenced to life without parole if convicted as charged Scott is an alleged member of the Double Rock gang based in San Francisco Cisneros was affiliated with Tre- a gang that originated in San Francisco but has spread throughout the Bay Area In Cisneros cousin Baby Reno Fiapoto was gunned down on the Bay Bridge in a shooting that police believe was committed by a Double Rock member according to court records Officials say that last Jan Scott and another person waited outside Fiapoto s home on the block of Rockford Drive in Antioch for hours intent on killing him When Fiapoto emerged he was shot repeatedly Thus far only Scott has been charged In Cisneros was sentenced to months in federal prison for carrying a pistol and crashing his car in a failed attempt to evade Pittsburg police In a letter to the court he commented he began carrying a gun after Fiapoto was killed and was still attempting to cope with the loss of a loved one I thought for various reason the gun would protect me but I was so wrong Cisneros wrote He also reflected on his life saying he d lost his mother to long-term incarceration in a drug situation but that his arrest in was a wakeup call In Cisneros wrote that he was spending his time hanging out with this wife and revisiting his love for football He was a high school participant at San Francisco s Balboa High and joined an amateur league as a way of moving on from negative influences he wrote In the future Cisneros wrote he hoped to find work as a defense guard start a family and reunite with his mother I know I have made mistakes in the past but this time feels different he wrote I feel like things are looking better in the future
