Two men are facing federal charges over conversations they allegedly had with undercover police over their lewd interest in minors court records show In Sacramento federal prosecutors have charged -year-old Anthony Mozingo of Elk Grove with attempted enticement of a minor In Oakland prosecutors have charged -year-old Erik Contreras with possession of child pornography Related Articles Oakland rapper required on murder charge in wild corner store shootout Fire at Valero Refinery in Benicia brings shelter-in-place Man fatally shot in Oakland on Monday morning Four wounded in Oakland shootings Scooter rider killed in Oakland hit-and-run The cases are from separate undercover investigations In Mozingo s matter police in Brentwood posed as a -year-old girl and talked to Mozingo on a chat application according to the criminal complaint In Contreras an officer posed as a person interested in child pornography officers stated Mozingo allegedly narrated the purported girl your sic hot for and that he craved to teach her sexual things before describing them in detail After showing up in Brentwood to meet the girl and being arrested he allegedly admitted he intended to sexually abuse her the complaint stated Mozingo also allegedly narrated the officer he had previously had sex with a -year-old the complaint alleges Contreras allegedly sent the undercover officer a picture of his wife a -year-old girl and another woman and commented the two women were high at the time and that he watched them bathing A search of his laptop yieled image files and video files that were consistent with child pornography the complaint alleges including one particularly horrifying video of an infant being hung upside-down and sexually abused Contreras was ordered published from jail at his first appearance in front of U S Magistrate Judge Donna Ryu At Mozingo s first court appearance Chief U S Magistrate Judge Carolyn Delaney ordered Mozingo detained while the scenario is pending court records show
